| Message: | You want people to be courteous when posting, try keeping your word as a professional when you take someones money and give them what they paid for. My divoce has been going on for over three years and noone in your office can help, ridicolous!! I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone and this will be known at all military bases if I can save someone all the grief this office has put me through for a simple divorce. I have tried to be nice and patient, but i think three years is enough!! |

I am contacting you because i filed for a divorce back in 2006 with your office. I have paid my divorce in full about $1500.00. I was told my divorce would be finalized OCT 17, 2008. I keep getting blown off everytime I call your office. Dave never returns my phone calls. I have all my receipts as well as all my paperwork and all the sent emails and phone calls regarding this case. I have been taken advantage of and I am very upset. | Message: | Do you believe that Bankruptcy Judges should be allowed to modify home loans that will reduce the principal amount of the loans and also the interest rates, thus reducing the monthly mortgage payments to an amount that more honest Americans can afford? |
